The principle of canned pump TRG meter:
One coil is buried above and below the stator coil of the shielded pump (which can be understood as the top and bottom of a horizontally placed cylinder), and the two coils are connected, but the phases are opposite, such as "the center line of the rotor" and "the geometric center line of the two coils {{0}} pump If the center line of the bearing is coincident, then the upper and lower coils induce voltages of equal magnitude but opposite phases, which cancel each other out, and the current is 0, which means that the TRG meter is at 0, which is the lowest point of the green zone. When the bearing is worn, the rotor center line At this time, the induced currents of the upper and lower coils are not equal in magnitude. After a certain treatment, the current is generated, and the TRG pointer also changes with the magnitude of the current. However, such as in the green area, the rotor offset caused by the bearing wear is acceptable. , the rotating rotor will not wear the shielding sleeve and can continue to run, but when the pointer is in the yellow zone, it means that the wear is increasing, and the bearing must be repaired and replaced. After the red zone, it indicates that the rotor has worn the shielding sleeve, and it must be disassembled at this time. Check whether the shielding sleeve is in good condition. If it is worn, please return it to the factory for repair. The watch plays a very important role in the daily maintenance of the shielded pump.
It can be seen from the above that the TRG meter only detects the radial wear of the bearing, because after the radial wear, the rotor centerline can be offset, and the axis offset of the rotor cannot be detected by this meter, but if the axial offset is too large, it will cause a certain pump. The wear of the place will cause the current to be too high. If there is a current protection device, it will trip, but it will not cause damage to the pump. Generally, it can be solved by replacing the thrust plate and bearing.
